Food Lion 3 for .99 canned vegetables

Don't know if this is nation wide or not, but the local Piedmont NC area Food Lions have various Food Lion brand canned veggies priced at 3 for .99 cents. This is an awesome deal when you consider the average single can of green beans is .65 to 1.00 at most suppliers. It's a good opportunity to get some bulk staples for little investment.

That is a very good price--- if I ran across a deal like that I'd be shopping with a forklift.

Unfortunately the only time I get to a Food Lion is when we visit relatives in Florida, that is a great deal I too would be taking the forklift with me.

Sale is off.
I went back last night to reload and the same cans are now 5 for $3.00. Wish I had gotten more the first trip.

Just picked up 30 cans today. Be careful... Some are marked "limit of 12", but my cashier let me make 3 different purchases at once.
